N.B. Session time slots are dependent on availability.
Cancellations are payable in full, unless sufficient notice is given at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. An arrangement can be made to re-book another session, in case of an emergency (e.g. illness), subject to time slot availability. For any breaks during therapy (e.g. holidays/vacation), clients should discuss this with their therapist.

ALL FACE-TO-FACE SESSIONS ARE SUSPENDED FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE, DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
COUNSELLINS, COACHING, MENTORING, AND SUPERVISION SESSIONS ARE HELD VIA ZOOM, SKYPE, WHATSAPP OR PHONE.
(The counselling therapy per client is scheduled for 50 mins per session, for about 15 – 24 consecutive weeks, unless additional sessions are agreed upon by the end of such time. Long term therapy may last between 24 – 42 weeks.
Some issues may require more in-depth work and so long-term therapy may be required.
Most university and college students studying toward their qualifications in psychotherapy or counselling may require between 24 to 42 weeks (of personal therapy), depending on their course requirement.
